Contract Sunshine Act - DNR's Current Procurement Activities

In enacting the Contract Sunshine Act, the State Legislature intends to enhance citizens' confidence in the State's procurement process by providing ready access to information about the State's purchases and confirm that the State's procurement programs are operating fairly and efficiently. The following listing contains information about the DNR's contracts, including contracts out for bid or proposal, and purchase orders for $10,000 or more. If a contract or order is for continuing purchases, the expenditure is for $10,000 or more in the current fiscal biennium that began July 1, 2006.
