NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, September 25, 2007, the Natural Resources Board will arrive at the Four Seasons Resort, N16800 Shoreline Drive, Pembine, Wisconsin 54156, at approximately 11:30 a.m. for lunch. At 12:15 p.m. the Natural Resources Board will travel to the Wild Rivers Legacy Forest to view Sustainable Forestry Practices; they will then travel to and view a Trout Habitat Improvement Project; and then travel to and tour Porcupine Lake. At approximately 3:35 p.m. 4:30 p.m., the Board will travel to The Four Seasons Resort. Modified

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Natural Resources Board will convene at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 26, 2007, at the Four Seasons Resort, Pembine, Wisconsin. The Board will act on items 1 - 7 as listed on the Agenda.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that matters concerning natural resource issues or the Department's program responsibilities or operations specified in the Wisconsin Statutes, which arise after publication of this agenda may be added to the agenda and publicly noticed no less than two hours before the scheduled board meeting, if the Board Chair determines that the matter is urgent.

      2. Pheasants Forever will donate up to $35,000 over a 5-year period to support an LTE position in Southeast Region. This LTE position will work on private lands throughout southeastern Wisconsin conducting prescribed burns, prairie plantings, and grassland maintenance. Added
