NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Natural Resources Board will convene at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at the WI Indianhead Technical College, New Richmond, Wisconsin. The Board will act on items 1 and 3 as listed on the agenda

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on Tuesday, June 23, 2009, the Natural Resources Board and Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection Board (ATCPB) will tour and receive presentations at the following locations: At approximately 1:00 p.m., both Boards will arrive at Common Harvest Farm – a sustainable development farm, 212 280th Avenue, Osceola, Wisconsin. At approximately 2:40 p.m., both Boards will arrive at River Island Park, Star Prairie, Wisconsin. At approximately 3:30 p.m., both Board’s will arrive at Emerald Dairy, LLC, 2487 County Highway G, Emerald, Wisconsin.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Natural Resources Board will convene at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at the WI Indianhead Technical College, New Richmond, Wisconsin. The Board will act on items 1 - 7 as listed on the Agenda.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that matters concerning natural resource issues or the Department's program responsibilities or operations specified in the Wisconsin Statutes, which arise after publication of this agenda may be added to the agenda and publicly noticed no less than two hours before the scheduled board meeting, if the Board Chair determines that the matter is urgent.

      3. The Jackson County Wildlife Fund will donate $20,000 to restore the Lowe Creek ponds
      4. The Natural Resources Foundation will donate $13,500 to be used toward management of Chiwaukee Prairie in Kenosha County Deleted
      5. The Hugh Becker Foundation will donate $7,000 to designate Critical Habitat on six Northern Region Muskellunge waters
