Welcome to the Registration Permit System. This system was developed to help
businesses understand and apply for a Registration Permit online. There are
currently two types of Registration Permits. The Type A Registration Permit is
available to all types of qualifying facilities with low actual emissions. The
Type C Registration Permit for Printers is tailored to meet the needs of
printing facilities. If you would like information on other types of air
permits, please contact the Bureau of Air Management by using the information
shown on the left.
Applying for and receiving a Registration Permit
The process of applying for and receiving a Registration Permit consists of the
following steps:

Learn about the eligibility and compliance requirements for a Registration
Permit.

Gather information and complete the Application Worksheet.

Use the information from the Worksheet to answer questions and complete the
online application form.

Print out and send your signed one page permit application, and if needed,
modeling assessment form, to the Bureau of Air Management.
You can expect a decision on your permit within 15 days of our receipt of your
completed and signed information.
