NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, December 8, 2015, the Wisconsin Natural Resources Board will tour and/or receive presentations at the following locations (NOTE: The public must preregister with Board Liaison to attend scheduled tours. Registration information is located on the last page of the agenda. Exact tour schedule is subject to change). Tour 1: At approximately 12:45 p.m., the Board will arrive at Blue Mound State Park, 4350 Mounds Park Road, Blue Mounds, WI, topics: overview of property and winter activities, presentation by the Friends of Blue Mound State Park, partnerships, proposed Blue Mound State Park Master Plan Amendment, and regional winter activities. Tour 2: At approximately 2:45 p.m., the Board will arrive at the DNR Service Center, 3911 Fish Hatchery Road, Fitchburg, WI, topics: overview of snowmobile programs including snowmobile grants and aids, trail development, and enforcement. Tour 3: At approximately 4 p.m., the Board will tour the Nevin Fish Hatchery, 3911 Fish Hatchery Road, Fitchburg, WI.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Wisconsin Natural Resources Board will convene at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 9, 2015, in Room G09, State Natural Resources Building (GEF 2), 101 South Webster Street, Madison, Wisconsin. The Board will act on items 1-3 and 6-7 as listed on the Agenda.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at approximately 10:45 a.m., the Wisconsin Natural Resources Board will meet in closed session under the authority of s.19.36(10) Wisconsin Statutes for purposes of discussing personnel matters and under the authority of s.19.85(1)(e) Wisconsin Statutes for purposes of discussing potential real estate transactions. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that matters concerning natural resource issues or the Department's program responsibilities or operations specified in the Wisconsin Statutes, which arise after publication of this agenda may be added to the agenda and publicly noticed no less than two hours before the scheduled board meeting, if the Board Chair determines that the matter is urgent.
